The Rider’s Guide

New routes that are more convenient are great, but they don’t mean much if people can’t figure them out and get the information they need about them. Along with the new routes, GBTA will also have a simple, new way of providing information.

Today, if you want to know about a bus route, you can obtain an individual timetable for it. With the new routes will come the Rider’s Guide - a new way of seeing where they go and at what times. You will always be able to find route and schedule information on the web but if you’re an active rider who needs all of the information handy in one place, the new Rider’s Guide is for you.

Put together in a magazine format, the Bus Book will have a system map, showing where all the buses go, individual route maps and departure/arrival times for each route, and everything you will need to know to make the most of the travel options in the region.

The first Rider’s Guides will be available in August, before the new bus station opens.
